Our mission is to promote resilience among Zuni youth, so they will grow into strong and healthy adults who are connected with Zuni traditions.
We pursue our mission by providing Zuni youth with positive role models, enriching programs, and nurturing spaces that build on the strengths of their community.
Your donation increases the access Zuni youth have to enriching programs, healthy spaces, and encouraging mentors.
Invested into the Zuni community since 2009, with a focus on helping Zuni youth lead healthy and fulfilling lives.
Of our youth report improved health as a result of participating in our programs.
Youth served annually, across 10 distinct ZYEP programs. 80% of ZYEP youth participate in more than one ZYEP program per year.

On May 13, ZYEP celebrated community health and wellness with an inspiring evening at Ho’n A:wan Park: a youth soccer clinic with New Mexico United, a family-friendly vaccine clinic and the kickoff of Running Medicine Zuni’s new season.The soccer clinic drew 46 youth ages 3-13 (pictured here). At the vaccine clinic, 27 people received vaccinations between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. And, Running Medicine Zuni officially opened its new season at 5:30 p.m. with 79 registered participants ages 4-76, making it the popular program’s biggest season to date!Read more:www.zyep.org/zuni-youth-enrichment-project-hosts-soccer-clinic-vaccine-event-and-running-medicine...
